Pink Chevron Tote Bag

 Lately I'm not a mission to try to use up some of my craft supplies, that I feel have been sitting around here for ever.  That's where this bag comes into play.  It came in a multicolor pack of canvas tote bags and I only needed one of the three.  So trying to use up this pink one, I decided to add a sliver glitter chevron pattern.  After the chevron, I decided to add a couple of gray fabric flowers and a rhinestone jewel to glam it up a bit!  Who doesn't need another tote bag?

Ahoy Wreath

 As you may have read earlier, I'm giving my son's room a make over with a nautical theme.  Also trying to use up some old supplies that have been sitting around for ever, this project was perfect.  Using up a large foam wreath, white yarn, and some scrap fabric.  I did have to go purchase the rope.  To start off, I wrapped the whole wreath with white yarn.  Than adding the rope around the four sides.  As usual, I looked at it, and still wasn't satisfied.  After deciding to add a small banner reading "ahoy", I thought it looked great.

Heart Burlap Sign

 A long time ago I purchased a four pack of these 6x6 burlap covered signs.  Never doing anything with them, I thought it was time to use them up.  Glitter is so popular right now, so I thought I'd follow the trend.  Starting out by making a heart stencil, I filled it in with the silver glitter paint.  Still looking to plain, I drilled two holes to hang it from and threaded them with twine.  I thought the key would add a little dimension, and it was just what it needed.  Turned out lovely!!

Infinity Loop Pallet Art

 I've been on a real pallet streak lately.  I came across this infinity loop on my silhouette software program and I just loved it.  After printing it out, and used it as a large stencil.  I was very undecided, as far as what color to paint this one. After deciding on black, I love the way the it stands out on the natural color of the pallet!!

 Some people can browse the internet for hours.  That's how I feel about the silhouette software.  There's so many amazing pictures giving me endless ideas.  I recently came across this pattern, which I thought would be perfect to surround a chalkboard.  I had this ribbon in tan and white, so I decided to stick with that color scheme for the pattern.  After painting it on, I distressed it a little to give it some character.  Perfect for an entry way to keep some notes!!   Go check it out at my etsy store Craft Crazed Mom.

 I had make one of these a long time ago, but gave it away as a gift.  I decided it was time to make another one.  I used a ornate old vintage gold frame and backed it with burlap.  Attaching all my buttons to read LOVE!  In the corner I added a gorgeous vintage broach.    Don't have the time to make one, order one online at Craft Crazed Mom.
