Having two little girls, making headbands is a great project to know how to make! You can pick up the elastic at any fabric store. I usually try to use more of my vintage jewels (which I usually find mine at flea markets) for the center accent. As for the fabric flower, you can use scrap fabric or go pick some out according to your color scheme. Since I have no images to explain this process to you, I'm going to direct you there.
